不锈钢卡压水管安装方法

1. 切断管子

使用切管设备切断管子，为避免刺伤封圈，请使用专用除毛刺器或锉刀将毛刺完全除净。

Cutting pipe

Cut out the pipe with pipe cutting facilities. To avoid damaging the sealing ring, the pipe ends must be burred with special burring tool or file completely

2. 插入管子

将管子笔直地插入管件内，注意不要碰伤橡胶圈。

Inserting pipe

Straight into the tube inside the tube, being careful not bumps rubber ring

3. 卡压

把卡压工具钳口的环状凹部对准管件端部内装有橡胶圈的环状凸部进行卡压。

Compressing

Align the ring-form concave of pressing jaw with the rim on pree-fitting. In groove of which a rubber ring is mounted, and compress it by pressing tools

4. 确认卡压尺寸

用六角量规确认尺寸是否正确，卡压处完全插入六角量规即封压正确，避免卡压工具出现不良。

Identification of size of pree-fittings

Check conformity of the joint to the specified size by using hexagonal gauge. The joint is compressed correctly, provided the hexagong profile gauge could be inserted on the compressed position.

安装三大注意事项 COUTION
不要刺伤管件中的O型密封圈。
管件要确定插入有效位置。
不要忘记卡压作业。
COUTION
Do not break the O-shaped sealing ring mounted in the press-fitting groove.
Mount the press-fitting on the pipe end so that press-fitting edge is alignedwith marked line on the end.
Do not forget the compressing operation.
